Makalu is considered to be one of the most difficult and dangerous mountain expeditions to embark upon throughout the world. The mountain is filled with steep and knife-shaped jagged ridges – making it the toughest mountains to ascend. We at Legend of Himalaya, are very cognisant of our client and crew’s safety, thus we have adopted all the necessary precautions to minimize fatalities during our expedition trips. Our experienced guides with the help of cutting edge weather forecasting equipment, along with their keen intuition devise the expedition schedule – in accordance to the obtained data. All the adopted security measures allow us Legend of Himalaya Trek and Expedition, to provide a safe expedition trip  into the mountain. During this expedition you will not only be able to climb the toughest mountain – Makalu, but you will also get a chance to visit – Makalu Barun National park.
