Shishapangma is the shortest mountain among the 8000m mountains in the world at 8027 metres. Situated in Tibet, China – Shishapangma  is the 14th highest peak in the world. Shishapangma is one of the simplest mountains to climb. Shishapangma expedition is often used as a stepping stone before attempting to climb other mountains having a height greater than 8000 meters. 

Shishapangma in Sanskrit, translates to “Place of God”. We at Legend of Himalaya, aim to provide you with safe and adventurous trips to the top of mountain Shishapangma. Our experienced crew and our years of industry experience, allows us to provide you with a fun-filled expedition into the heart of the Himalayas. 

Shishapangma was first ascended by Joseph Xu Xing with his team. Mount Shishapangma-  considered to be an easy climb compared to all the other expedition trips offered by Legend of Himalaya, is ideally suitable for people with little to no expedition experience. We would however like to recommend to anyone thinking of embarking on this trip – to get yourself physically fit before you set out on the trek. Despite being an easier climb, the expedition is physically demanding.

  1- Arrival in Kathmandu international airport transfer to hotel.

  2- Rest and preparation day for assignment and briefing before departure from Kathmandu.

• Day 03:

  3- Drive from Kathandu to syaprubeshi.

• Day 04:

  4- Drive from syprubeshi to kerung hight 3200m overnight at hotel.

• Day 05:

  5- Rest day in kerung.

• Day 0:

  6- Drive from kerung to Tingri 4348m

• Day 07:

  7- Rest day

• Day 08:

  8- After breakfast drive from Tingri to the chinese base camp 4800m.

• Day 9:

  9- Rest and acclimatization at chinese base camp to arrange yajs to go to advance base camp via middle camp.

• Day 10-36:

  10- Trek from chinese base camp to middle camp 5220m camping accommodation.

• Day 11:

  11- Trek from middle camp to Shishapangma Advanced base camp 5400m camping.

• Day 12:

  12- -35= climbing period to summit shishapangma 8013m c1,c2,c3,-summit push.

• Day 47:

  13- Preparation to returning –cleaning base camp and Trek to middle camp and then drive to Tingri.

• Day 48:

  14- Drive from Tingri To kerung hight.

• Day 49;

  15- Early morning kerung to drive to border after border farmality cross the border and drive to Kathmandu

• Day 50:

  16- Free day in Kathmandu and evening farwil dinner with staff and Ample farewell dinner with Nepali sing and dance
